HAHAHA I FINALLY got my Quantum Rebate

Now, I know this isn't a hot deal, but it does pertain to a previous one.

Today, 5 months after I sent in my rebate, I recieved my money from Quantum (for the 30 gig drive)! This has been the longest I have ever waited for a rebate!

Hurray!
Is anyone else still waiting?

late last week.

I just got one from them about a week ago. I had forgotten about it. It had been that long. Mine was a check, of course, which was not in any envelope of any sort. The check was mailed bare with the bulk postage mark in the corner. I couldn't believe it. Maybe that's why lots of people will never get them.

First Quantum purchased September, sent off rebate form right away, just got $30 check yesterday. I even, ( on their suggestion), faxed the rebate forms a second time, since they told me it would "speed the process up". Yeah, right!

Just filed a complaint to BBB. Sent in September. They had time to send me a post card in November, but not the rebate. Five months (or 22 weeks), still no check! :|

Sept > got mine yesterday, the drive went bad in Jan, got rebate on drive that I don't even own now!

No actually if you do this, the only thing they will do is tell you they had overwhelming response and yours is on its way very soon but they 'don't know when'. Don't waste your time calling, you will eventually get it. I got mine on Tuesday.
