I am finally going to go ahead and pull all four wisdom teeth out. The situation is I will be working for a new employer this Monday - which offers a divvy of benefits. I never bothered to get health/dental while working for myself due to being under my dad's insurance policy. Now that I'm off of it, I need to choose what plans I want to enroll in at the new workplace. I'm looking through my benefits summary and it doesn't exactly state where wisdom teeth oral surgery falls under. Would it be part of my health insurance, dental insurance or neither?

Cliffs:

#1. Need 4 wisdom teeth removed.
#2. Going to work for a new company, and will enroll in plans.
#3. Which plan to enroll will depend on if wisdom teeth removal is covered or not.
#4. Advice from ATOT, profit?!?

Wrong Forum but I think this will fall under dental.
The best thing to do would be to obtain the employer's health benefit providers contact information and ask them if this is covered or just talk to the benefit administrator and they should be able to point you in the right direction.
