I've always taken the idea of using a text book-esque "the act under which normal circumstances conceives a child" It has all that extra fluff in it to remove the idea of birth control, infertility, impotence and such. Based on those generalizations of the terms, anal sex or oral sex wouldn't count even though they both have the term "sex" in them.

well notg now anyway. a few years ago she said that. she broke up with one guy and started dateing another. he didnt want a slut (wich she would fall in that catagory). but she hadnt had sex for over a year. so she claimed she was a virgin to everyone heh.

And it's possible to not tear the hymen completely during sex, so it might be torn again later. Doesn't mean she lost it twice.
