Haha, Jaques Pepin cracks me up.

For those who don't know, he's got this show "Fast Food" on PBS, and today he was talking about making some dish with fish, and he said, "My wife likes to buy smoked trout from the fish market, but I don't like it. I prefer to smoke my own trout."
