Well, I finally got tired of dealing with the numbnuts's on the .net side of US West, so I called the Megabit side and talked to someone who knows what they're doing.
More in five minutes, than three or four hours with the .net side, a half dozen phone calls, and being passed around from tech to tech, twiddling my thumbs on hold for 20 minutes at a time while they searched the world for someone who knew what I was talking about.
We really don't want to know what you do with your thumbs Russ.
and yes, I am just jealous you were actually able to get a compatent person in tech support. Hey, Viper why don't you go work at Southwestern Bell..........
