Too bad the new ps2 doesn't work with the hard drive and some games.

Looks to easy to break imo though.

Yeah, I was kind of bummed about the HDD thing too.
But in my opinion, If Sony doesn't plan to make use of the HDD, then I'm sure they didn't include it for a reason.

As far as the durability, time can only tell.

Damn that is small! :Q

I don't see the problem with the size of the Xbox though, I mean you just put it by your TV and leave it. I find the controller is comfortable and the button placement is good, too.

Am I the only person on the planet that prefers the original "Duke" Xbox controller? It's the most comfortable controller I've ever held, and I've held quite a few (NES, SNES, TG16, Saturn 6 button digital, Saturn analog, Dreamcast, PS Dual Shock, PS2 Dual Shock 2, GC, GC Wavebird).

I'm being 100% serious. I've got 4 Duke controllers, the one I play with and three others put up since they're OOP.

Thats why many people seem to use the S-controller.

Genesis 6 button was the best. If it had triggers and 2 buttons on the top, it'd be like god.

Nope - I love the Duke better as well. My cousins did too until they wore out theirs from all the XBC/Halo matches. He finally got used to the S controller, which I might add is easier to rapid fire using the R trigger. (Handy for pistoling in Halo) I don't care to own/get a S type until XBox 2 comes out.

Even though I'm more of a PS2 fanboy, I'm not gonna lie, The orignal Xbox controller is comfy for me.

I also prefer the original Xbox controller to everything else. Sure it's big, but it seems to fit the shape of a hand grip better than any other controller.

I also enjoy the N64 controller - I use it to play all the NES, SNES, and N64 ROMS on my computer.

I liked the original Xbox controller as well. I'm 5'9", 140 pounds and I usually wear small or medium sized gloves.

All these guys who complained that it was too big for little hands are either midgits or full of sh|t.

The Duke fits just fine in my little sister's hands. It's hardly the "monster" people make it out to be. You people are just too damn whiny.

I prefer the larger controller - I have huge hands. The S Controller is borderline too cramped for me. PS2 one is way cramped.

It's different for everyone really. I am glad there is a big and small one available. Plus I like the placement of the white and black buttons on the big one more.

I really like the big xbox controller. It really fits well in my hands. As for the size of the PS2 and XBox, who really cares? It's not like the PS2 is suddenly going to have more great games because it's smaller. It's not like loading times are faster. It's not like the graphics are better. Who really cares? The thing just sits there 99% of the time. If you can't find a place to put the xbox, you need a bigger place because it isn't all that big in the grand scheme of things. Besides, I would think the XBox would be more durable than a skinny little donker.
