Got an email from one of your tech support people this afternoon, only asking if there was a problem (that is, they didn't answer any of my previous emails). This is my reply:

[These are my attempts to get an answer to suspect readings on my power supply over the past month]:
*****SENT Dec. 12/00, subject "One more Try":
I have the 303x power supply. Is it "normal" for the power readings on
the -12 lead to be -11.18, and the +12 to be +11.37.

******SENT Dec 19/00, subject "Phone Doesn't work from Canada?":
Hi, I've tried to get info regarding the negative line readings on my 303x. Now, for the past few days, I've had two monitoring programs (Asus Probe and Motherboard Monitor 5) go nuts indicating power problems through all leads.
This is the MBM5 report:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

this is on/past the value of 10% which you set as alarm value.

I don't know if its the power supply or the Asus CUSL2-c motherboard. Here are the readings I'm currently getting:

I will need to return the supply to my reseller if I don't hear anything
back before the end of the thirty day period.
Thanks.

*****SENT Dec 19/00 to Customer Support "Getting Answers":
I've contacted online tech support twice over the past two weeks and haven't received any reply. Today I'm making another attempt, as two motherboard monitoring programs have gone heywire reporting dead leads. I can't call the 800 number as it doesn't appear to work from Canada.

********Today (January 11/01)
I've made numerous attempts to get support on this power supply and have received zero replies. It is now too late to return it to my supplier, and I'm not prepared to go through the hassle of sending it across the boarder. If it craps out at this point, it goes into the trash. I've not too pleased to go through this much to get an simple answer.
