I think he says "tatsu-maki-senpu-kyaku!" I remember reading this somewhere.. hard to tell in the game, he says it so fast...

i gurantee I could whoop any of you in SF2. I play at least 2 full games (start to finish) on emulator a day when I want to kill 20 minutes or so at work.. with Ken, I'll blaze right thru it, maybe losing a round or two, usually to vega or to ryu if I meet him late in the game (the game gets harder as you go, ryu's easy if u get him first). sagat is one of the easiest to beat and bison is very predictable

the secret is using the keyboard in the emulator, I can whip ass. dont like using a controller for sf2
