For the second time in about two weeks, I had to call 911.
I was in a parking lot and I saw a running car that was not moving. I looked a little bit more closely and saw a man slumped over in the driver seat. I approached the car with my friend, and we noticed that the man appeared to have hit his head. After hitting his window a few times, I dialed 911.
They arrived opened his car, turns out he was breathing, but extremely intoxicated.
I left the scene and came back an hour later. The attendant said that the man had become non-cooperative and had been taken in by the cops after being treated by the paramedics.
