because they uploaded something that was "questionable"? that woudl be VERY VERY weak to be banned for that, it was burried deep in there and its not like there was a post about hosted "questionable material"

The last page pretty much spelled it out as to where some of the questionable material was. At least what I read before it got deleted.

That is exactly what I someone told me when I asked why some stuff got locked and ppl got banned ... while a different member did the same thing and nothing happened. "Depends on who you are, and which mod is on duty."

After that, I actually emailed a mod and asked for clarification on stuff. Who ever it was... they were super nice, and said ... it boiled down to... that they do the best they can but cannot be everywhere at once.

but at least I got a nice and polite response, really quickly.

Must have been a new Mod or something. They do the best they can, they do decently well for being self moderated.
