Had complained about hygiene issues at a Restaurant

Last week I had been to Mama Fus (pan-asian restaurant - mamafus.com) and noticed one of the workers handling the food without wearing gloves. Right before that I had noticed her wiping her hands on the back of her pants.

I complained to her and got a very cold response.

Went home and lodged a complaint with the local office of the Department of Health.

Got a call this morning from their office to report that they did contact management and appropriate actions would be taken //

Almost all restaurant cooks/staff do not use gloves. Have you been living under a rock?
