Had any experances with the Telex M-560 USB Microphone?

I was expecting the recording sound too be very clear, even the volume turned all the way down i get this slight buzz sound, and of course increases as i increase the volume. Its this normal, can't seem to figure it out. I've tried turning off lights and moving the mic far away from the computer into my closet with a towel wrapped around it...same thing.
