What do the mods do about people who want inactive users' names?

For example, I wanted Epsilon when I registered, but it was taken. So I went with EpsiIon because it looks like Epsilon in this font. Anyway, the current epsilon hasn't posted since 2003 and hasn't even lurked for six months... Think there's any chance?

i was wondering where JZero went. For some reason his sig "They call me Jzero" stuck in my head.

Staley8 to TheNinja - I didn't request the change. I guess I talked about ninjas so much they changed my name for me. I'm still waiting for my name to be Staley8 and my custom title to be TheNinja. I will eventually force the mods into doing my will b/c nobody can withstand the fury of a ninja intent on clawing your face in half!!!
