It's time for a new cell phone. I plan on sticking with Verizon because of the coverage area. Reception is my number 1 priority, and everyone says good things about the V265/260, V710, and V815's strong RF. I do not care about mobile web and all that crap, I use my phone as a phone and a text messager, and that's about it.
The only features that I'd like are ringtones and pictures. But from what I can tell, you have to pay Verizon to do any transfering of these to/from your phone. What a crock! I understand there are some ways of hacking into the phone and doing this without paying Verizon? How easy is it to connect these phones to my computer?
I've been reading howardforums, but I think the folks over there are so advanced that I can't make heads or tails of what they're talking about. I don't want to get that into it.
*edit* To make the title more clear. Who knows anything about hacking into phones, specifically Verizon Motorolas?
