I may be mis-interpreting it but it seems to indicate that it's only able to hijack other "Parrot" (brand) drones because it can identify them by MAC address.

He used well-known software libraries to do exactly what they were designed to do. I guess he's not the real "hacker" here.

Anyway, how can aircrack-ng work if the network is properly secured with WPA2-PSK/AES? I think the real story here might be: "Parrot-brand drones use an insecure type of wireless encryption." Perhaps they have no security at all by default?
