Tell him you are going to send his info to the FBI unless he give you a pic of him performing a lewd act.
 
If you report to VALVe and they completely agree with you. You're accnt will be completely restored. The e-mail will be set to your
default e-mail taht you created teh accnt with, and the password will be one sent by VALVe. The seret question can be restored and everything.
Sned them screenshots of the CD cases/CDs if you own a physical copy and a receit if you bought the online copy (I think it comes with one)

Try doing the e-mail of inquiriy at the Steam support section
 
Also - in my situation when my acccnt was hacked and I reported it to VALVe, the person's steam accnt that was used at his IP got banned
And mine was restored

If he had a previous accnt on his IP it might be banned too
Iunno if this was coincidence or not but try it
 
well, the account is my friends so ill have to ask him bout the cd key.. or if he bought online.. the recepit.

i dont really care about this account, i just really wanna kill this hacker for doing something like this

i really wanna send this guy the jail!!!

can i like report him to the poliece/?
