How do i get more sectants?....and what are they good for?...and do I sacrifice them?
I invited you already--since you used my sign-up link, you were an instant invite in my pool.
Here's how I did it--go to the forums and click on the "add me thread." The first 4-5 posts contain a list of player codes. Copy a players code and on your main page--home, whatever, doesn't matter, you'll see "sectants" in the top right, with current/total #; next to that is "info" link.
click on that link and you'll see your personal invite link as well as your player ID code. There is a space for "invite sectant" as well. simply paste an individual's player code in that space to invite them. Do it many times over using the codes listed in the Add Me page and invite as many as you want. I now have ~175 sectants simply from doing this. Yoiu have to go back to that info page for your sectants to check on who has accepted your invites, or invited you (if you add yourself + code to the Add Me page in forums), to complete the invite.
It's essential, really, as each individual sectant adds to your attack rating using one each of their own items, or so. helps you to wail on players early with very minor weapons and attack.
as for sacrificing, that's random. This isn't your sect, it's actually the people you randomly fight. each attack itself is somewhat random and you sometimes will actually kill them. Sit there and wail on one person (if they pay well with high win % for yourself) or just go down the list and hit one at a time. I feel this works best for kills, as oftentimes a kill will happen on the first attack. Choose those with low sectant counts for greater success. They recently updated, and it does look better. More often than not, you would get a "he's weak enough as it is--let's leave him alone for now" message, which is damn annoying. After changing the damage dealt per attack, it seems there are more kills now.
your god only accepts sacrifices if you have a minimum of 10. if you've killed 14, you'll still get a total credit for 14, but only one piece of loot. You can only get loot once per day, but can offer sacrifices as often as you wish, so long as you have at least 10 when you offer.
focus all your points into stamina (if you like to wail on people), phys/psy power. attack and defense are pretty worthless, as it seems neither have anything to do with actual damage dealt. it only factors in how successful an individual hit will be. Everyone seems to deal the same range of damage per hit. kind of shitty, actually.
