Has anyone gotten to vault level 20 with virus level 8? Is there anything left at that point?
I'm still at vault level 14 with virus level 7.
 
Well that was a restful and stress free night and morning since I'm not worrying about this anymore 🙂

Finally joined the lvl 8 virus club. I had to sell off so much bandwidth (was ranked 70th in it). Time to slowly rebuild and pillage more noobs.

nice - I have shaved 1500 or so off him in the past hour and a half. Net/Net he is up about 10000 credits on me, but has lost WAY more machines...
 
man virus level 8 is great, already at close to 18k infected machines and 90k/tick credits. Only problem is my vault is only level 16 so it is full very fast.

has been going back and forth. The rest of you losers need to upgrade to virus level 8, STAT! (So ATOT can take 2nd place)
It pays off fast. There are plenty of high ranked people who have quit? the game and can be attacked easily, with as little as 20 or 30 thousand kbps. (or less even)

The level 8 virus pays off pretty quickly & then some. So, while it might cost 1,920,000 up front, in no time, you'll be up to 20k infections or more. That translates to 100k credits per tick. At that rate, half a day has paid off your virus. Then, it pays for itself again in 1/4 day, then in a couple hours...

Sticking with level 6 virus is like driving an old clunker with poor acceleration. Sure, eventually you'll get there. But, sometimes it's better to pull over, get into the super-charged car that accelerates much better, and get in the other lane.

plenty have been mentioned throughout the thread. iceflame has about 80k credits at the moment (unless someone hit him)

I haven't touched zemial in 8 hours. He's at least level 6 virus, if not higher. He posted on the msg board that he quit. He might be back up to 100k credits by now - if no one hit him again. Otherwise, if people keep hacking away at his computers, his credits will be low. Quite a crapshoot with him.

p.s. I'm not sure what you mean by whale - if you mean 200k+ credits per attack, well, that's MY secret. 😛

Finally got a lvl 6 virus.

I also just keep spending my money on mhz first since I get attacked a lot. My mhz is much higher than my kbps.
