I really hope the developers add a bit more depth to this game. It's ok as it is now, but seems like it could use a bit more substance. Maybe add some more aspects to the game that add to the strength or vulnerability of a network.

Blast, nothing worse than using 5 IP's and getting a total of 13k credits. 2.5 more hours til another series of attacks.

Not planning to accumulate crs and dont mind loosing a few computers, so not too worried about the Mhz

Virus does nothing for attack, it's a passive method of income.

I really do not get the point of a crew. It is not like we can combine and attack someone, if their mhz is high it doesn't matter if 1 person attacks or 20.

You want Virus because that is how you will really make big bucks as you play.

I would still upgrade virus when you could...

Haven't read the thread, but anyone else realize it's more effective to buy mucho cheap processors/connections as opposed to saving up for a Quad Xeon? A little more expensive, but you'll get the mhz/kbps faster.

Sempron: 28 mhz @ 13.93 credits/mhz
Celeron: 60 mhz @ 13.86 credits/mhz
Prescott: 128 mhz @ 13.05 credits/mhz
Conroe: 512 mhz @ 12.5 credits/mhz
Kentsfield: 1500 mhz @ 12 credits/mhz
Quad Xeon: 8000 mhz @ 11.5 credits/mhz

Chart is identical for internet connections. So according to that I could buy 8000 mhz worth of conroes for 102,400. Not much bigger once you reach that scale, and you're racking the the mhz/kbps as you go.

You can have 5 referrals per day, that's it. Every half hour you get 1 new clean IP that you can attack with. It's best to wait 2.5 hours til you have 5 clean IPs, so you can then attack networks and collect the most credits at once, and then upgrade your MHz or your kbps.

The price of each variety increases the more of it you buy.
