I looked locally at CompUsa today and they pulled all their P67 boards...

...they did have all SB processor variations though.

Hold onto your receipts... the defective chipsets degrade over time.

the problem is isolated to the 3GB SATA ports, not the 6GB, where are made the connections (6GB-3GB are backward compatible).

the degradation is limited to an estimated 5-10% of total 3GB sata ports. even if
you're board proves problematic, you have simple workarounds.
