H61M/U3S3- Which of these drivers do I install?

I'm about to begin my first computer build so forgive my ignorance. I found all of the mobo drivers at this location...

...question is, which of these do i actually need to install?

So far I've got:
-Realtek high definition audio driver ver:R2.55 (Audio)
-Atheros Lan driver ver:1.0.0.45 (NIC/LAN)
-ASMedia USB 3.0 driver ver:1.4.7.0 (USB 3.0)

- +my video card driver from the respective website

I'm still need to download/install the chipset driver right? What else am I missing?

Just install the drivers that came with the mobo....

I see....

That seems to contradict most of what I've read which states that, if possible, you should always go straight to the website and leave the CDs alone.
