That was pretty amazing. For the last part, I might just be being dense- Is the impressive thing that she threw the ball so high and caught it and didn't let it bounce up again? It looks like it hits the floor?

I don't care if she trapped it or caught it, I just thought that her being able to do all of that with her legs/feet was pretty amazing.
