Guys this is not exactly motherboard related although
anyone who has built thier own computer will find it
side splittingly funny.

Anyone who never has probably won't have a clue

This is an email that a guy sent me today that I put in a text file
and placed on my server.

I am only posting it here because it hits so home with anyone
who does the sort of stuff we do.......Fresh Win installs, device drivers, moboards etc.

it is here:

www.lightingsurplus.com/kursk.txt

thanks

LOL 🙂

My fav :

Seaman: The task manager says that Outlook Fire Control is not
responding.
Captain: Well no sh*t. Tell it to 'end task'.

LOL. How many times have I said that. 😉

That's great....

Seaman: Captain, it is up again. It says it found new hardware
... A
CD-ROM drive and that it needs drivers.
Captain: Where are the drivers?
Seaman: On the CD-ROM.

Guys,

I forget sometimes that the Internet extends past the US shores.

The humor in this piece was only funny in the references
to the quirkiness of MS Windows and it
is only funny in that regard.

I do not intend the post to make light of what happened
to those sailors on the Kursk.

If someone has been touched by this tragedy, accept
my condolences and please do not read this humor
as you most certainly will not find it to be funny
at all.

Regards,

Peenchie

My favorite part

Seaman: Captain, it is up again. It says it found new hardware...
A CD-ROM drive and that it needs drivers.

Captain: Where are the drivers?

Seaman: On the CD-ROM.

LOL! I've had this happen to me!
