We usually get lot of snow storms at this time of year, but this year seems different. I'm wearing shorts right now lol, it's like 19 degrees out and sunny. I don't hold my breath for it to stay this way though, we could easily get 2 feet of snow by tomorrow. This time of year is super sporadic.

lol yeah this is super unusual for us. Pretty much all the snow is gone. There's patches of snow in the bush but that's about it.

I just heard about Hurricane Ridge recently, it's definitely on my to-visit list for a camping trip later this year (not planning to camp THERE, just visit).

We are camping at Dungeness Recreation Area
Next month. It would be a good base for area. County parks are often overlooked in favor of state parks.
If you are into hardy tent camping, Heart O' the Hills is on the way up the mountain, just inside the park.
