well, try downloading the latest version of internet explorer.

use windows update, and download the "necessary" stuffs.

Mday: That is your advice, and like I have stated, I cannot download them, Netscape will not let me. So it's not a matter of not taking your advice, it's a matter of not being able to do it with my #*&^%*# computer. Big difference...

And I am going to reinstall Win ME today, like alot of people suggested. BiggieN also had some good ideas, so thanks guys.

Try this... it worked for me..

Start --> Programs --> Accessories --> System Tools --> System Information.

Once in System Information, click TOOLS --> Internet Explorer Repair Tool.


It may fix bad installed files.
