Well not really... I can tell the difference between someone who is 13 and 18. Maybe not 16 and 18, but 13 is definitely easy to spot.

OK, I have to go with the OP on this.. I really can't tell the age of spanish girls.. They must develope much faster than most because 13 year olds sometimes like 20....I'm not being racist - some of them are gorgeous, wonderful examples of feminine beauty- just underaged!
