If you watch closely, there was a car on-coming in the other lane. The truck driver presumably began to swerve around the jackass, but did not have the room to get all the way around him on that side without crashing head-on into the on-coming car.

He was faced with a choice... and he chose... wisely. :sneaky:

I have had "urban people" do this to me as well.
They are usually hoopin' and hollarin' while they are in the street.
I have always slowed down, but I won't stop. Nicking them with a mirror would be nice though.
