IMO, Malmsteen has more musical solos than this guy, Michael Angelo. Malmsteen's at least usually have direction, this guy is just flying around the fretboard for no real reason.
 
There are so many Flamenco guitarists in Spain that have to be included at the top.

There's Indian Sitar players who are so technically proficient on an instrument that is much more complicated than a guitar. These guys are TRULY amazing!

One simply can't say one is better than the other. It's impossible to compare.

Just be happy with your chosen performer and the music he/she plays.
