The flux capacitor DOES move. It cycles from the outside in just like the original. There won't be a Mr. Fusion, though. He was aiming for the original build of the vehicle, not the End-EP1/EP2 version.

I have a lighting circuit out on the overhead switches, but thats an easy fix. Also, ignore the packing foam. My friend Mike and I took it out last night and the friggin array was noisy as sin. This was a quick fix, until I can secure it a little better. Needless to say we turned heads here in Tulsa...
