Impervious To Police Tazers? No, they just didn't have their tazer up against him fully. If someone is wearing a thick shirt, or they don't press it into them nice and hard, they won't get tazered.

About two seconds into the video the cops tell him is has an outstanding warrant for his arrest.

I'm betting he ran all the way home to only get a knock on the door a short time later.
 
Cops running? Lets see. They were both overweight a bit, they were carrying at least 25 pounds of accessories. Their clothing was pretty tight on them including their vest. Their shoes are not made for running. They were probably needing some sugar (donuts). Why chase? Would have ruined and caused them to sweat the whole day.

ok i did miss that. but he asks for what repeatedly and no response. i'm still more concerned that cops can arrest you by saying there is a warrant out for you but refuse to answer for what.

you can't give police that much power.
