Instead of being grateful to be alive I'm sure he'll be right back up there and do even riskier stunts.

In HD. Eerily horrifying.
It seems the parachuter gave up on the way down after being injured.

BTW love those gopro cameras.

"Gave up?" Dude hit a solid rock outcropping at 18 feet /second. He's lucky it didn't crush more than just a vertebra. I've hit obstacles before with far less forgiving rigs like military T-10c and MC1-1c chutes and 100+ pounds of gear.

Wow. That's gotta be tough to go through or even to watch from the ground. Kinda wonder if he hadn't hit the stone if his chute would have caught on it.

I appreciate the guy's dark sense of humour to set that to that "Sail" song.

This is going to be so much fun...

Chest smassshhh111!

I felt bad for him heading into the rock outcropping what are the odds surprised it didn't break even more.

I like how those two guys are still standing there filming him as he collapses at the foot of the cliff. Didn't look like they had even started moving toward him.

Like most people complain about buffering and crap with youtube (which I hardly ever have problems with), I have those very problems with vimeo.

Anyway, I wonder if that was the jump at Moab last week.

That's funny. I can not remember a single time I've played a Vimeo where I had to worry about buffering/stuttering. Youtube on the other hand is the opposite...

I would say there's a 75% chance I won't be able to play a video without letting it buffer for longer than the runtime of said video.

I resort to watching most videos at 480p or less, because waiting 2 minutes for a 30s 720p clip to buffer is absurd.

vimeo works fine for me, unlike youtube. however, youtube is still preferable to jumping off a cliff and taking a pointy outcropping to the family jewels.

this guy had more balls than brains, and now he has very little of either.

Outside of everything in that video...why not do a running start vs. just jumping? To to novice like myself that is the first mistake.

Ow. I must say though, YouTube buffers near instantly for me at 1080p, Vimeo is instant too, but it always has weird artifacts. :/

Wow. It makes you wonder why anyone would jump off a perfectly good cliff.

Outside of everything in that video...why not do a running start vs. just jumping? To to novice like myself that is the first mistake.

On GTA 5, I prefer to use the CargoBob to take my motorcycle to the top of the Mize Bank building in Los Santos and really get a good ways away from the building before jumping off the bike and deploying my chute. :D
