Gutting my system saving the case what should I get??

I have an old Abit SA6-R with an PIII 700 which was being overclocked to 933. The stupid MOBO just got friend (another Abit capacitor problem). Anyways the rig was in a nice supermirco SC750 case. Im planning on reusing the case and putting a semi-decent but inexpensive mobo/cpu/memory until I can save up for a nice system. Any recommendatoins? I don't do much gaimg but have an old AGP NVidia 32mb card in right now. I might change that out as well. I was hoping to spend under $150-200 if possible.
