Gutted a TiVO for the Harddrive... Any problems..??

My friend just gave me his broken TiVO (I messed with it and it doesn't work at all). So I opened it up and found a 40gig Quantum Fireball lct20. This a only a 4500 RPM harddrive. I installed at as a secondary drive.

Any problems with this only being 4500RPM for multimedia?? I've played many MP3's from it with no problems, but no video yet.

Hell, 40gigs for free. I really don't care, but just wanted to know if anyone has used a drive this slow for video or games etc... So far I can't "feel" any difference. But I also want to rip some old home video and this is now my largest amount of free space. Will I have problems with the speed??

Thanks in advance for any responses...

A slow hard drive is just more sluggish, nothing more, nothing less. I'd keep games off it and use it for mass storage - video, MP3 and older downloads you want to keep.
