Looks like CO's new gun laws working as intended, i.e. criminals ignore the laws while law abiding citizens in the crowd are left defenseless and cops arrive later as a reactionary force after the fact.

In the yahoo video it describes two persons (around the 2:24 mark) of interest wanted for questioning and the descriptions are given as police believe the shooter was likely arrested before in the past. :hmm:

Maybe the President could issue an executive order that prevents gang members from owning/using guns. Or preventing anyone smoking marijuana from owning/using guns.
