I think it's a great backpack gun because of the way it's stored. I just would like a little more capability than .22LR offers.

My standard camping/hiking rifle is a Marlin levergun in .44 Mag.

hi-point if you want to go target shooting. for the price you save over a p22 you can buy about 250 rounds, possibly even more.

Hi-point 9mm = $125
Walther p22 .22lr = $317

317-125 = $192

i think i can buy *ALOT* more than 250 9mm bullets for $192 :)

Heck, i can buy 2 hi-points and dual weld (ala Max Payne), and still have $ left over for bullets :lol:
