Pistol:
Shotgun:
Submachine Gun:
Sniper Rifle:

Two more questions:

1) What's the deal with suppressors, what is there to know about them?
2) Is MP5 a good weapon? I was reading a Tom Clancy novel and the character thought the MP5 was the bee's knee's.

Pistol: Glock 30 .45 with extended mags
Shotgun:Benilli super nova 12 gauge pump
Submachine Gun: MP5 A2
Sniper Rifle: browning abolt medallion .308 with leupold VXIII 50mm scope <----best hunting rifle ever made

Suppressors aren't really regulated much in foreign countries. It's considered outright rude in some places to NOT use one. But here in the US, movies give us images of only sociopathic killers using them.

I'm not a sociopath. When carrying out a contract hit using a silencer is actually polite, I don't want to wake the neighbors.

"It's not me! Why does everyone always think it's me?"

"If I show up at your door, chances are you did something to bring me there."

Ppistol: Colt Delta Elite 10mm
Shotgun: Browning Citori Grade VII Lightning
Submachine: Thompson .45ACP
Sniper: M24 SWS

Well, since hypothetical questions are bogus I'll go with what I actually own.

Handgun - Sig P220
Shotgun - S&W 916
Rifle - M1 Garand

Nice set of weapons man.
++

I'd love to own a Garand some day. How much did that run ya TallBill?

About 1300, and it's beautiful.

Let's modify slightly, as weapon categories should be based on role. Submachine gun is really just a category for CQB weapons. You also are missing a 'Combat Assault Rifle' category which fills a very different role.

Pistol: FN Five-seven
CQB: P90
Shotgun: Benelli M4 Super 90 or SPAS-15 (though it's hard not to take an AA-12, just for fun)
Assault: FN SCAR-H, Barrett REC7, HK417 Recce
Sniper: PGM 338 or Sako TRG42 in .338

EDIT: hahahah, didn't even see the part about being quiet. Completely disregard my post.

pistol: Glock 21. (I would say Springfield XD, but I can't buy service parts from them. Servicing the gun requires mailing it to them.)
Shotgun: I'm partial towards my Remington Express Riot 870. A Benelli would be nice though.
Submachine: MP5
Sniper: Savage 10FP .308

Pistol: Glock 21 + 32rd. clip
Shotgun: Mossberg 500 Persuader
SMG: Mac-10
Assault: H&K G36C
Sniper: Barrett .50cal

Pistol : S&W M&P .40
Shotgun : Franchi Spas-12
Submachine : Fulton M14 w/Sabot Rounds
Sniper : Mosin Nagant M91

^^ Choices might seem strange, but I'd be pretty well equipped there.

To bad that the SPAS is garbage from what I've read. M14 would be nice, not a submachine gun, or quiet, but whatever.

Not really have you ever fired any of these weapons? The Spas should be called SPAZ its a POS. I don't think half the people here have fired any of these weapons. I have fired alot of them and most of them are fine weapons, some, are not😉

Pistol: Desert Eagle .50
Shotgun: Mossberg 500 Persuader
Submachine Gun: Thompson 1921
Sniper Rifle: Barret M107

Obviously, quiet and discrete is not my MO

I've actually fired all of the above, with the exception of the Fulton M14. The Spas is cool, sure it's not the best shotgun, but it's unique and interesting IMHO. You'd probably not like my 2nd choice for the pistol either, I like the Makarov for a small, light, fairly accurate backup. Getting ammo is a PITA though.

Yeah the Mak is a good military pistol don't like 9x18 but the pistol is reliable I'd go with a CZ75 fine Eastern block weapon 9x19 so ammo's no problem.

Ohhh yeah, that was a silenced shotgun. You can also see videos of people on youtube with silenced shotguns.

Because movies are always accurate and perfectly reflect reality.

P.S. The only gun you can really "silence" is a .22 pistol. Those are actually pretty quiet when suppressed. Other weapons can be made significantly quieter, but they're not even close to silent.

You can silence other calibers, but you have to soft-load the ammunition and change out springs and such depending on the weapon.
