Guitar Hero: What does it take???

This song...I can easily get 4 stars, I believe my highest score is like 280k or so with about 86% accuracy and maybe a 160 note streak. Has anyone here 5 starred it? What's the key? Any pointers? Here are the parts I have trouble with:

At the beginning, where instead of 5 greens it's green, green, yellow, red, green

The part after the first part (after it repeats) where it's like green/yellow (hold), green, green, green, yellow/blue, yellow/orange

And of course the solo's.

Oh, also I play with my left hand inverted so that my fingers are pointing down; it's just the way I learned to play, and I feel it's rather beneficial actually as I can use my thumb for the orange notes.

Lol, I wish; I'm better than most people I know and I've never met anyone else that plays like me. I tried converting but it's too difficult since I'm so used to my way, plus I have to move my fingers around which gets disorienting. I haven't played the song on hard in awhile but I bet I could 5 star it. The solos are so much harder on expert, and those are really where I get my ass kicked.

I don't know about the first guitar hero, but in the second one, I don't think it's possible to 5-star a song with under 90% accuracy.
