Guitar Hero + Rubik's Cube

well considering both tasks can be memorized I'm not super impressed(after watching I am more impressed). Not saying I could do it in anyway, not that good at multitasking.

he could have recorded it backwards, they did a backwards rubiks cube video on mythbusters, Jamie appeard to solve a cube with his feet in 30 seconds, though all he really did was jumble it and then play it in reverse

By recording it with a VCR/DVR.

I didnt try too hard to confirm but it looks as though his fingers arent matching whats on the screen. He could just be playing back a recorded version (backwards) while scrambling two cubes.

With a halfway decent video mixer this would be easy to set up.

That's fucking stupid, the song matches. Hopefully this kid is President some day.

The motion of the kid's arm proves that it's not a video run backwards.

Or how about the fact that the notes match up to the song perfectly.

Like this is hard with a video editor?

Considering the song is the exact same length when played backwards, all you have to do is match a starting point, and the rest falls in line.

Ok dummy, how do you get the song to play backwards in the game then?

not if the clicking from the buttons and his elbow are off from the song then if the song is aligned, the clicking aren't.

Thats he whole point, he's not playing the game in the video, he's just moving his fingers and arm while watching a pre-recorded version in reverse. All the while jumbling pre-solved cubes.

Take that video and overlay the audio form the first time (this time played forwards)

lol that only works if the song looks and sounds the exact same played forward and backward. Fail.

Watch his hands hitting the buttons. He is hitting the right colors at the right time. You can also tell very obviously when he misses a note. You are definitely wrong.

Except that he isn't. You are stupid.

could be, I'm just saying, this sort of video would be easy to fake. And mythbusters did one just like it, though not as complex.

It would be a lot easier to do what he actually did than to have done what you claim he could be doing. Faking natural movements of the arm, body and finger simutaneously while trying to stay in sync with a pre-recorded video playing backwards and scrambling a rubix cube with one hand(the cube movement itself looks natural) seems a whole lot more difficult.

how so?

The motion of the arm is very realistic for someone actually playing at normal speed.
What does forward/reverse have ANYTHING to do with speed?

lol.. sorry. I didn't mean normal speed. I meant playing forward...

It's basically like trying to punch someone backwards. It is not as easy as it sounds, because when you run the video the other way, the motion of the arm would look unrealistic.

seems perfectly believeable to me. He's missing a lot of notes, as expected, and he's completely fixated on the game during harder parts as expected. Doesn't look backwards at all, especially when he grabs another cube. Nothing about this screams it's too unbelieveable to be real... come on guys let's just admit the kid found something that you can't do yourself. Quit being the annoying 'fake caller' and let him have his moment.

fucking pricks, I'm going back over THERE now
