It was pretty poorly ported. I've read a bunch of reviews on how buggy and slow it is when nothing's really going on.
 
runs well on 73" in 1080p with E6420, Vista Ult, 2GB Ram, and 8600GTS. I use the wireless dinovo edge since I cant afford the guitar right now. I love the game.

Never played on 360 although i have one of those too.
