Sucks if you don't want the whole set, but only 70 more than GH3 and you get a mic and drums too. At least the pricing seems fair to me.

You can get Rockband without any instruments, you just can't get it with drums only, guitar only, or mic only.

Yeah, that's why I think I won't be buying Rock Band until next year. I want to get it on the 360, which means I get yet ANOTHER wired guitar. I could just use the GH3 guitar with Rock Band, but that seems a bit worthless.

So I may just wait until next year, buy the game and all the accessories (including the wireless rock band guitar which is slated for next year) separately.

I don't really understand why it matters if the guitar is wired or not. I'm definitely not getting the wireless guitar for GH3.

I yank out my friends wired all the time, as does he. 🙁 He's keeping the wired one as a 2nd controller and getting a wireless to rock out on.

Thats kinda what I was planning on doing. I know there is a battle mode PvP, but isnt there some kind of co-op too ? One guy plays the bass one plays lead or something like that

Haha that makes sense then. I can't seem to talk any friends or family into trying to play it so I usually play it alone and haven't tried it drunk yet.

I've also noticed people have a hard time wanting to play it for that first time for fear of looking silly. But once they play it, I can't get a turn!
