I am thinking about getting one of these cards with the breakout box because the price is so affordable. I guess what I like to know is how you like it and does it perform as well other cards you have had. The sound card I have in my computer now is a real cheap one and I need the breakout box capability for plugging in my headphones without moving my computer desk to get to the jack.

Works great for me. I have no complaints... drivers are rock solid. Best drivers for a sound card I've ever had. 0 problems ever with them, and they update them still. Best part is their not bloated and don't come with a bunch of uneccessary crap and confusing panels. There are prolly better cards out there, but I bet there's not any that are this solid, hassle free, that come with a breakout box have this functionality for this low price.

Thanks Chad, if you by the way what operating system are using with this card? I am using Windows XP Pro and just want to make sure it will work with my operating system. I have slight problems with the sound card I am using now.

I have the 6.1, with the breakoutbox and I love it! I will never buy a soundcard again without some form of a breakoutbox. Having the breakoutbox on the PC is nice, but the cables get in my way sitting where my PC is. The complete, external, solution makes it easy to place all audio related items closer to the desk vs. closer to the PC.
