Guild Wars has a three part sale.

SKILL UNLOCK PACKS $4.99

The first week will feature all Skill Unlock Packs and Merc Hero 1x items for $4.99 each. These sale items are available July 5-12, 2012 noon PST.

WINTERSDAY COSTUMES $4.99

The second week of our Wintersday in July celebration sale brings festive Wintersday costume combo packs. Dwayna and Grenth, Melandru and Balthazar, Kormir and Lyssa: they're all $4.99 during this week. These sale items are available July 12-19, 2012 noon PST.

CHARACTER SLOTS
AND STORAGE PANES $4.99

The third and final week of the Wintersday in July celebration sale features characters and more places to store their treasures. Character slots and Xunlai Storage panes are $4.99 each July 19-26, 2012 noon PST.

I don't know if the unlocks for class skills are worth it, aren't they unlocked playing?

May be incorrect, but believe you would eventually unlock these all through pve play, these could be purchased by a pvper to get all the abilities without going through the pve game.

Skill unlocks are just a matter of time, if people want to unlock them with cash then I don't have a problem with it. They might be putting them on sale now so people can pick them up cheap and get some points for GW2 instead of spending time unlocking skills.
