For being a non-subscription game it isnt too bad. I played it for a while back when it was new.

But since GW 2 has been out for a bit, I dont know if you will find many players online anymore.

Yeah I wonder if very many even play anymore. I also played it for 2 years back when it was released.

I bought all of em again after losing my original account. Been leveling a necromancer through the nightfall campaign, think I hit level 6 so far. You can definitely feel it's an older game and some of the controls/ui are pretty dump but it's fairly easy to get past the majority of it's problems. Still a lot better than GW2.

The 2 capital cities I made it to still had a hundred+ people in it and the chat was buzzing, which was pretty surprising to me.

I agree, far more enjoyable game than GW2 which is a shame. GW1/2 is kinda like Everquest 1/2 was. You will find GW1 is still thriving because many would have been unimpressed by GW2
