Well your gonna have to eat alot 5+ meals a day, lots of protein. Make shakes or just eat food with high protein. 
When i was lifting i took in 1.5-2 times my body weight in grams of protein. (170lbsx2=340grams) Its hard to do but i was eating 8 times a day. Also when you lift you wanna do high weight low reps. So check it out, say your on the bench, instead of doing 10 reps at 150, do 3 of 180 , 2 of 185 , 1 (or till failure) of 190 , get the drift? You want to do everything till failure, till you cant lift anymore. Plus try and do a seperate muscle group everyday like chest and tris, bis and back, legs, etc.
