Guide for building Lexan/clear cases? NOT building ATX but I may modify an mATX backplane...

I'm looking for a guide on how to neatly build custom Lexan/Plexiglass cases. I plan on mounting things strangely, so a guide that covers things like sideways mounting CD-ROMs and such would be a great help. I'm sure there's something like this out there considering all the professional looking Lexan cases I've seen at LAN parties and such...
