Guide for BIOs tweaking?

Anyone would like to point me to a guide for help on tweaking my system through the BIOs. I mean, thigns such as FSB, clock frequency, voltage, and the works. I'm specfically doing this on a EPoX nForce2 8RDA+, so any help would be nice. What I'm trying to do is the get the absolute most performance from my 2400+ and dual Cricual PC2700 256 without overclock.

This is not a HIGHLY TECHNICAL issue.
