Bruiser looks better to spell it
 
Get a tall wooded fence to keep him from straying. Daily, I drive over to the next block to pick my 14 year old minature beagle up after she climbs the 42" chainlink fence and goes exploring the neigborhood. My mutt, twice her size, doesn't even want to go beyond the backyard. Beagles are known to have the ability to climb and the desire to explore.

agreed, my sister's got one that can't seem to stay still. cute but hella annoying..........hardest dog to train out of the 5 we've had.
