My school semester started back on Jan 6. The main reason I'm so happy is because I'm going to get paid my daily salary and they count this as a "Unscheduled Administrative Closing". Working for a school rocks!!! It hardly ever snows this far South, and when it does, no one knows how to react. 😛

I got paid to play GTA VC today for about 3 hours... of my 6 hour shift. Oh, this is also a university job

Sometimes I get paid to make sure UT2K3 or some other games are running properly on a customer's machine 😉

My friend works for a company that makes and designs modems/NICs/Hubs/routers/switches...etc. About once a month he needs to test new products/innovations/technigues/firmware and other stuff= LAN PARTY. Me and my friends get paid for playing Q/Q3/CS/UT/UT2003 etc... The server monitors and reports all network activity, all we need to do is play. Ofcourse the company takes care we have plenty to eat and drink, so we are fit to play!!! 😀

AND WE GET PAID!!!

Heh.. A few years ago (when my 350Mhz PII/TNT2 rig was state of the art), I had a job like that.. We had to periodically test running various game servers behind NAT, so.. 😀
