well for 4 years we havent had neighbors. the dog stays in the yard. not even 100% sure she even went into there yard if she did it was less then a foot.


wasn't off the hinges. the door knob thing was broke! had to buy anew one. got it and fixed it. though don't like the fact i have more keys.

now i have one for teh backdoor, front handle and front deadbolt. should have got a new set with a deadbolt.

i don't think he has many friends. he is always alone. his mother works 2nd shift and is gone nearly every weekend. he goes to a "special" highschool for trouble makers (got kicked out of school once).

i very rarely see the kid with friends over. he is always sitting ont he porch (they don't have AC in the house) or walking around town.

I hate to hear this Waggy, but it sounds like you got my neighbors next door now, LOL. The way I dealt with my screw loose neighbors was I proceeded to call the cops and code enforcement on every stupid thing they ever did after they started in on me for no reason right after I moved in. They finally got the message that I was not going to put up with their ridiculous shit, but it took a while. Now, we are at a quiet impasse, thankfully, and it helped that one of her thug sons moved out a few years ago. Now it's just her and one 18 year old son ATM. I am assembling the parts for a outside security system that I am going to install pretty soon, too. You can't let these imbecile thugs push you around, or they will continue to target you mercilessly when you least expect it, like working in your yard or going to or from your car.

I would have called the cops if her gang was trying to intimidate you into a fight. You need to get their obnoxious behavior documented by the cops every chance you get for your own safety. Show these morons no mercy. And guns are good for you, especially if they are threatening to use one on your pet. Threatening to use a firearm against you or your pet or your property is against the law, and is a terroristic threat of violence. Do NOT put up with this shit and keep turning the other cheek, or it WILL get out of your control. Good luck!

If you live in any kind of city, cars that do not run or are in parts in the front yard are illegal. If they are just broken down and not running and parked in the street or in their driveway, they are illegal. Cars that are not properly tagged or inspected are illegal. You need to take matters into your own hands, and sick code enforcement all over them. Trash all over the backyard is also considered a code violation, if it can be seen from the street or your yard.

If they have too many people living in too small of a house, you may have an inadequate housing case against them, too. The rule is 2 adults or teenagers per bedroom in my state otherwise they are violating state housing codes. Take matters into your own hands and run them out of town into some rural unincorporated shit hole shanty town. It sounds like they are now targeting you, and the dog is just the lamest excuse they can think of. If they think you snitched on them, they may break into your house or vandalize your property. Do not let it get to that point. Use every legal agency at your disposal to run these idiots off.
