Well, Ive had bad luck in working out regularly, in the last 2 years Ive averaged around 210-215,and fluctuated down to 195 when working out regularly, and up to 236lbs (yesterday). So I'm going to get a physical, lipid panel, and change my diet around to something somewhat healthy compared to my recent diet.
I work away from home 3-4 days a week, so it is hard to eat healthy (note I said hard, not impossible, going to change hopefully). And then when Im home it is the weekend and im working on my side business 10-15 hours a day so I get lazy and eat out/eat quick easy meals that arent healthy.
Anyway here were my numbers about 32 months ago
6'2 - 220lbs 18% BF
HDL 24 (Aim for >35)
CHOL 145 (Aim for <200)
TRIG 217 (Aim for <200)
LDL 78 (aim for <130)
